New Everton Stadium

When the new St Helens stadium was built they were going to use cladding with holes in it like Everton have used. They soon realised it would rain in and installed solid cladding. When I first saw the cladding on the new Everton stadium I wondered if it would be watertight.

Don't want it to be true at all if you're post is referring to me friend, just saying this is what Everton stated, but I do feel we have had long enough to sort this out, like others do.
If the stadium is not finished yet then it simply means incomplete. Work still in progress. Seems little concern about it from the club and they surely have been informed by LR what and why it happened....and now everyone knows what caused the issue as in Work still in progress, stadium not finished as of yet.

No big deal has to be made from it. Let the kopites have a minute to make a big deal out of the unfinished stadium.

Hopefully it's a minor issue but if it's not then I imagine it's on LOR to remedy within the terms of the contract with the club.

It's still over 8 months before any game of consequence is played there but at this point of the development it should be resolved sooner rather than later.

You can take a dismissive attitude to the social media commentary but as with everything else the best thing is not to give people the opportunity to ridicule which they then take with glee.

Whatever the explanation and mitigation the footage didn't reflect well on the club and LOR. Let this be sorted so we can get back to appreciating what a gem we have on our hands here and showcasing that to the world.

It has been tested, extensively.

The first sections of the iconic roof at the new Everton Stadium have come through rigorous wind and rain testing ahead of installation.

In the tests, carefully calibrated lines were also laid out on the floor to replicate the closest seating positions, which led to more positive feedback in regard to wind and water penetration.

To be fair our problem is purely down to the drainage system not being installed.

I don't think you can compare the £25 million pound Total Wicked Stadium to ours.
