I asked about this a few weeks back. If I am not mistaken, the best level to mingle on is level 2. So, it that is your thing, get your general admission seat there. You have access to about 75% of the concourse. Have I got that right?

Yeah, or Level 0.

Level 1 is accessible for away fans and family enclosure only, as they are 2 areas independent of everywhere else.

Yes mate it was mentioned on the day when the virtual venue was released that in the new year you'd be able to select specific seats around the stadium to be able to select the one you wanted.

At the point Season Ticket sales begin in the new year, Virtual Venue will be further enhanced, giving Evertonians the chance to see the view from every individual seat, helping them make their final decision on where to buy.

Supporters will also have the ability to easily share views they have found with friends and family via messaging apps or social media.

The 3 emails for us all came through at different times, about 10 mins in between in each. They might just be working through a massive list.

I'm not on twitter, so haven't seen the reaction. I would imagine that many expected at least a bit more than a 3 to 3.5k increase for a 53k stadium.

With the increase in corporate capacity, this looks like a total of just less than 40k season tickets (including corporate/hospitality). Leaving approx 10-11k matchday tickets (which also may include a few hundred hospitality).

This was probably always going to be the case for a whole new build. The club feel that they have a solid surplus demand, and can squeeze the fanbase for those more expensive matchday tickets. Whether or not that surplus exists at those increased ticket prices is yet to be seen. Whether or not they'll regret not securing more season ticket holders to get beyond the new stadium effect and novelty years, is also to be seen.

For this season- Only if they are also a member of EFC. You can’t just transfer a ST to anyone. I tried and couldn’t do it. I called the club and they said in this last season at Goodison they have introduced a policy to give EFC Members priority for any resale ticket transfers. That’s what I was told and because of this i was unable to transfer my ticket digitally to the person who sits next to me in the game because he wasn’t a member, just a ST holder. If you have a ticket transfer planned in the future to give to a family member of a friend they have to have a supporter number and EFC Membership. Check what is needed to be in place with the club first.
If anyone has managed to digitally transfer a ticket to a non member this season then I don’t know how you’ve managed it.

Yes correct. It’s much more difficult to transfer tickets digitally this season. I’d say Impossible without the additional membership.

That has to be challenged. Forcing people to pay for a membership in case they get offered a ticket.

Anything and everything in the New
Stadium should be up for naming rights. Stadium name, stands, lounges, pitch, tunnel, everything inside and out.

The name of the game is commercial revenue streams no room for sentimentality.
