Leasing a stadium didn't exactly hold back Man City.

If by some miracle we do move to a new stadium then I have just two hopes:

- It's not a soulless bowl identikit stadium - I want four sides or koff.

- the stands are as close to the pitch and as steep as is practical - I want to see us maintain as many of the factors that contribute to an intimidating Goodison Park as possible.

In short, I want a proper football stadium and not an Ikea flatpack

We won't be leasing a new stadium, it won't get built. I'm interested to see the plans for this new stadium, when it dies it can live on with the Kings Dock, Desperation Kirkby and the annexe plans.

I'd go more often if some of the seating wasn't so poor. I'd like to take the kids too, but come on, Goodison is terrible in terms of services and layout..
