On a similar note I've always wondered if its possible to add some cantilevered executive boxes between the trusses on the upper rows of the East and West Stands.. The upper 1 or 2 stands may need to be sacrificed but if the North and South were ever expanded then that would make up for any losses and Boxes also add a lot of revenue.

Absolutely, one of the things Real have done at the redeveloped Bernabeu is fill almost every space, no matter how small.

This is their version of hospitality in the roof area...

Unfortunately a warm sunny evening in Madrid is a bit different to 6 months of the season here, but if you could create a perspex back and top to eliminate the worst from that side but still showcase the stunning lattice work of the steels it could offer something a bit special.

That has been so interesting to watch. I have enjoyed the content over the last 3 years during the build, and every one who has provided that needs to be commended, it is wonderful to view the progress. However, one or two of them have let it go right to their heads. It has been very strange to observe

I assume it’s something to do with the underpass bit, but not sure why it would need to be different.

Probably some sort of windbreaker to stop that underpass becoming a wind tunnel.
