If that's all it is £20M, then there should not even be any debate, just write the cheque and then let's get the place built. Don't even haggle over the amount as we could waste that amount quite easily anyway (Niasse, Kone) with nothing to show for it, just pay it and let's move forward. It would raise the confidence among the fan base enormously........
