My understanding is that the purchase includes BM docks and land adjacent to it.

I haven't heard that but would be very interesting. Would also push the land cost quite a way over £20m.

Nope, if you go back through the thread a couple of months ago, Esk and another poster were saying the site was Sandon Dock if I remember rightly and that was the one next to the sewage plant.

Bramley Moore and Clarence Docks are further into the City Center, situated around the tobacco warehouse.
