New Everton Stadium

There is a strange coincidence with the day the Echo released their cost story and just how far behind They are. It is Bramley Moore Docks.
What do you mean by a coincidence, Jacko? (It is clear proof how second-rate the Red Echo is. If it was their beloved RS they would be all over this story daily).

The difference is that the RS want them to know their every move, Everton don't.
U say that if its a bad thing. Being in the news is only good for the club. Their marketing is far superior and their brand continues to grow. Look how many tv pundits they have consistently mentioning the club. Something that has drove me nad about Everton fir years.

Good point. It's ok being a media-whore if you are successful, but when you are a mid-table team it looks ridiculous. Am not unhappy that Mr Moshiri is a doer not a talker as far as the club is concerned - he is already fast-approaching the status of the legendary Mr John.

Totally confident it is within the Bramley Moore/Clarence Dock confines.
I imagine the land purchase will be subject to receiving planning permission. I'm not from Liverpool, but I imagine that could be a long, drawn out process considering the Unesco issue and the fact that about 10,000 Liverpool fan will object.

Esk, do you know if they have been working with the LC planners in relation to the application or anything in relation to that?

Joe Anderson seems sure and he's the mayor of Liverpool city council mate

Liverpool will lose its UNESCO status, despite any objections. Regardless of stage it is now at, if UNESCO status was an issue it would not have progressed at all. That's true of any stadium build or any further progress of the Liverpool waters. That was effectively the crux of Anderson statement about can't hold back of 5bn of investment.
