New Everton Stadium

This may be why this event is a 'Minimum' of 25,000 whereas the 1st event was a 'maximum' of 10,000. They may need at least 20,000 people to be present when the evacuation takes place (That's a guess as I'm sure they will have allowed for the fact that some will leave early)
I expect it to be around the 80 min mark.
And about 15 k left in at the most by then.

I took these photographs yesterday whilst passing by the stadium. Does anybody have any idea what is going on in the North East and South East corners (see the white coverings and what appears to be scaffolding)?

Everyone's best guess is that they are treating the steel with something extra industrial because of the sea air it'll have to weather.

Well maybe you're just not able to comprehend that rules are made.

Nothing petty about it, he broke rules numerous times and lied about what he did.

He even tried to claim @Noggsy blue was breaking rules at the test stadium event which shows his malicious character.

Either you're him or just ignorant to what compliance is.
At least he's not a grass

These folks making videos for youtube are cashing in on subjects they think will get them big viewing numbers. I`d say if it was n`t profitable for Mr Drone to get down and fly his drone around BMD he would n`t be doing it. He`s already making videos at Old Trafford ahead of the circus tent going up.

And what like? Fair play for making some doe from what he enjoys doing. Exactly the same as the other drone lads. And if they say they don't do it for money I'd ask why they constantly spam twitter begging for retweets.

Just been talking to a neighbour about this. He is a safety inspector himself. He reckons that at present not even Everton know the timing of the evacuation.
All Everton will know is that "at some point" during the second half the Inspector will inform them that "there is an incident in Block (*) Section (*) the ground needs to be evacuated ASAP and exits (*) and (*) are inaccessable."
This will be relayed to staff who must then ensure that everybody gets out by the nearest 'safe' exit.
