New Everton Stadium

Have the tickets been issued for the 2nd test event?
I've purchased one, but I haven't got a clue where to find it, I'm guessing it's for downloading on your phone?
Anyone going to the game received your ticket?
Apologies if I'm having a senior moment here.
When I go to the game, I just put the season ticket card on the contactless thing, so I don't normally have to download anything.
I was told by a guy in the ticket office that they would be emailing the tickets from Weds/Thurs

That's not technically Terry's Timber, i'm not even sure he owns it. It's registered as having a private owner. Suspect he may have rented the land at some point to supplement the rest of his storage; or could own it personally I suppose.

The timber yard is behind the Bramley Moore with Terry's Timber Ltd shown to own everything in RED.

From this picture the marquee is definitely on the plot of land where Terry’s Timber is. Regardless of who owns it, that’s where it’s going.

NFC, is short for near-field communication, a technology that allows devices like phones and smartwatches to exchange data with other devices and read NFC-equipped cards over relatively short distances. This enables you to access the turnstiles with your phone. Not all phones are NFC enabled ,especially the cheaper ones.

15 smaller events (day festivals) and 4 major events. From 2026.

no idea if posted already.

Shame there's only 4 major events granted atm, I think Anfield is upto 6. There limited due to mainly being ina residential area I think, so you would hope we would eventually have no limit on the amount we can have due to location.

We will likely be competing for alot of acts with Anfield, will take a few years to become the goto choice with Anfield being pretty successful at hosting major acts. The extra days we shoukd be allowed throughout the year should eventually see us luring more acts though.

The 15 smaller events is a game changer though, would be similar in size to what's hosted at the Pier Head now, don't think there's any club thst has anything comparable to our plaza and the potential it has, could be a big money spinner.

If we keep Goodison, even with a reduced capacity that's another potential revenue stream for the club hosting events there also.

4 major, 15 smaller. Straight off the bat. Even with the transport issue an issue.

Baby steps.

It'll be 10+ major by the end of the decade.

It's the facilities that's key, feed, beer, and toilet everyone all laid on. It's been planned for specific. No idea about Nelson dock, can't figure an angle yet. Yet.

I think with Nelson Dock, they would only fill in a small %, similar to what's happening at Waterloo Dock now.

Then develop bars, restaurants, retail units etc small hotel, maybe even office space/apartments.

Keeping people in the area after a game/event and becoming a destination in it's own right. Eventually there should be enough offerings down there that the majority of people stsy there than either going back into town

I wonder if official corporate facilities and some form of hotel might be on the cards. I wonder even if some sort of ferry terminal is in the offing, boating 1000 people across per hour might be another easy revenue raiser. I believe peel (spit!) have permission for a load of developments in terms of offices and flats waterside slightly further up the river.

Someone makes a fortune along the line setting up a huge cctv covered raised car park. multilevel monster. It'll need council help to fix access. Huge money.

Point i'm making is, that's not technically Terry's Timber.

The timber yard is behind the Bramley Moore and, as far as i'm aware, isn't closing. That marquee is going on the bit of privately owned land on the corner of Regent Road/ Blackstone Street. It may at one point have been used by Terry's Timber (was also used for car sales/ storage at one point) but it's not technically the timber merchants.

Not received ours yet, just the initial email saying we'd receive them nearer the time

Will the club make the money of these extrs events or will it go to the owners

Everton stadium company is owened by Everton FC.

However our owners own Everton FC.

If gate receipts from games go to the club, you can presume other stadium revenue would to.

Makes no sense for the extra revenue not to run through the Clubs financial ecosystem.

If the owners wanted to take money out of club, they’d just take a dividend.
