New Everton Stadium

It's good to see the club are trying initiatives to increase the number of match going fans, seems to have been fairly successful, 200% increase in new season ticket buyers to date, 95% conversion rate of under 16's graduating to full season ticket holders etc

It was stadium-only, not including any of the surrounding development.

Juventus' new stadium, which would literally be perfect for us cost £90m.

Would be great to build a good stadium at that cost. Seems cheap to me, but maybe I'm skewed by the cost of stadiums Stateside. Didn't Arsenal spend nearly £400M on theirs? And Manchester City over £150M (including conversion/adding seats)?

We could make the first helistadium ever, how boss would that be!!!

Like your thinking here, forget the knife, we're bringing the floating battleship to the gun fight.

Boss there staddium isnt it, would love the same just add an extra 10000 seats.

Hope we dont end up with some gash design like the kirkby one, watched a documentry of the university of pheonix stadium getting built, some of the little things they did were brilliant, they adjusted the degree of slope for the stands so everyone has a view of the field whether theyre sitting down or up, they built it with acoustics in mind so the volume of the crowd is maximized, they opened up the concourses so when your getting your halftime pint you still have a view of the field, they install the worlds fastest beer draft taps so it reduces queues, the pitch can be retracted out of the stadium so you can hold concerts

I would have gone along with that except this is coming from Joe Anderson.

So a park near Goodison but not Stanley!! well it cannot be Anfield to many people to relocate! Sefton Park no way but what other park is near Goodison? Walton Hall Park, does that have the space for something like this?

Someone told me that Kenny Dalglish was part of a company that had bought some of the Walton Hall Park site, she was on the allotment committee there & it was discussed at one of their meetings, told me this last week but said she gave it up last year so isn't sure what the plans are for there now.

If it means KKK loses money then lets redevelop Goodison.
