Would look fantastic just down from a brand new stadium .

Won't necessarily be called Shanghai tower, but the proposals will be of a certain level. The main focus point of the skyline is likely to shift further north as the development progresses. We'll be part of that, the start of that.

Would only be a 10 walk from the pier Head anyway, would save a lot of traffic coming through the tunnels this.
