New Everton Stadium

Council close one lane on the strand was a balls up when our stadium opens chaos in that area imo proper knobheads run our city

A tram or overhead rail system that went from the old Garden festival site down to the ground and maybe beyond would be great, and would provide amazing scope for other venues like the Go Kart track, Baltic Market, casino, Echo arena, Albert dock, Museum, 3 graces, 10 streets plus other parts still to be redeveloped. Especially if the new planned "Central park" is created between our ground and the Liver building. Something similar at the old Festival site (not sure who owns that or what plans there are) would be nice bookends for the extended waterfront, and some form of new transportation service could get you from the ground to otterspool in a matter of minutes without effecting the main rail or road routes and would be popular all the year round.

So how would you get there from west derby, Norris green, Tuebrook? Either a bus and a massive walk or take the car with nowhere to park it. This place is not even on the transport map. Looks great though👍
Forgot about this but...

You can reach me by railway, you can reach me by trailway
You can reach me on a sedan chair, dropped off by the chauffeur on a cloud of air
You can reach me by caravan, swim the river from the Wizza man
I don't care how you get here, just get here if you can...

Just get here.

Stopped in the Titanic a few weeks ago. As a Leeds fan I think your board has done well to finance the new stadium .We have two strange floodlights stuck in the middle of a car park. Thats our investment in infrastructure. It's going to be a great ground and probably up there with a Fulham away fixture. Did Derportivo once that was next to the local beach, nicer climate had the edge . CL fixture 20 plus years ago ,wouldn't mind those days back apart from Ridsdale.
Our board has nothing whatsoever to do with financing the new stadium.

They can't even run the club.
Wouldn't want them anywhere near the new stadium's finances.
