Well we do have Slowpoke Rodriguez AKA Dwight McNeil playing for us.
Yes I used the escalators to get up to the Upper South, from what I could see that is the only way in once you're through the turnstile.Turnstiles for the test events were allocated to whichever block you had seats for.
Did anyone use the escalators in the Upper South Stand and what section did you sit in?

My Dad was sat in Upper North so had to walk around to the West Side to get in, no escalators down that end.

UhThat's like suggesting when someone tall sits infront of you, or elsewhere within your view, it's restricted.
That lad in the picture is leaning against the wall, so anyone stood there normally watching the game wouldn't be doing that.
Ultimately, the entire original discussion was around potential sight line issues brought about by perceived 'poor' or 'not considered' design.
The wall 100% doesn't block the view. It's a bit of a stretch to suggest that fans stood on the south stand will block anyone's view also. For a view of the corner flag to be blocked, it would take a particularly tall person, stood in a specific spot, leaning against the handrail and the person in one of those end seats to be still sat down and/or particularly short
I'm going to take this one as a first victory in my quest to become the new GOT Resident Stadium Sightline Expert![]()
I think 208, 209, 210 and 211 are accessed centrally. 212 and 13 are from turnstiles 13 on the East, 206 and 207 are from the West stand.
They'll be "leaning" alright if they open there mouthThe club will not make them available to Joe Public they'll be working in partnership will travel firms. We'll end up with tourists with "away leanings" in home areas.
I know it wouldn't be the money spinner that spurs have with the NFL but this is the kind of thing that we should try and sign up to on a long term contract, with the large area outside the stadium but within the walls of the complex you could have some cracking events pre and post whatever is going on inside the ground.
Liverpool used to host these rugby events. I wonder why they let that contract slip...does it bollocks the grass up?I know it wouldn't be the money spinner that spurs have with the NFL but this is the kind of thing that we should try and sign up to on a long term contract, with the large area outside the stadium but within the walls of the complex you could have some cracking events pre and post whatever is going on inside the ground.
Don’t know if this will answer your question, but Mr Drone did a pretty extensive concourse walk on his video at the second test event.Did not get anywhere near my seat in Sundays match as was with my son in the South stand. Does anyone know if there are escalators leading anywhere near to section 245 (Upper tier North / West corner). Thanks
The half grass half synthetic job we've done might lend itself better to the Rugby types than full grass.. A couple of annual events that we can sign up to and rely on long term wont do us any harm with the stupid financial rules that are knocking around.Liverpool used to host these rugby events. A load of wools running round and digging their daft cloven hooves into a footy pitch cant be a good thing?
