Why would the club just say "yeah He's right", when it's up to them to announce it, probably want to do a presentation on it, and probably haven't signed off half of what needs to be signed off. How many times have the club been burnt by stadium talk now? Why risk that again until every is signed sealed and delivered?

looking at the wording on that link to the club/council response to JA's tweet, the club/council have not denied it, they have confirmed that they are still looking at other sites. I can't see any quotes that they are denying what JA has said. No story here dudes.

Are you not sure it's not just Liverpool Echo Jounalists who are Kopite closets wanting to deny this how dare Everton FC have ambitions for a water front stadium- they were fuming if we had secured the Kings dock!
Yes it might be a rumour, but a nice thought if Joe Anderson tweeted that what's the saying no smoke without fire!
