If as looks the case re-development is not an option, then we will have no choice but to move if we are to keep up with the other " big " teams.
It'll be an emotional day when it does happen but if it's for the best so be it.

Latch, we all can laugh and joke about it but I hate tossers disrepecting the old place it means so much to me. My avatar shows the crowd behind Sir Alex, it could have been me or anyone of 70,000 others. It will always be my spiritual Everton home no matter what:rolleyes:

Right on mate, talking about moving is one thing, slagging the place off in the meantime is something else, no sense of history or fondness when someone talks like that.

the kings dock was the worst mistake of recent everton history. a golden chance for the club. kings dock, rooney, we sure do know how to pass up a good thing.

Kings Dock was a dream, we never had the funding, never stood a chance of having the funding unless certain assurances were honoured. I'm certain that BK hoped the concept itself would win the day boosted by grants from local council and regional development boards. The city as a whole deserves a kick up the arse because it never gave the backing the project needed, local residents created so much flak against the idea so what do they do, build a smalled venue on the same spot.....................that is why we should go the Kirkby, Liverpool City council have pissed us off time and time again. It was BK who had the vision, it was in the end BK who could persuade the powers that be to stomp up the cash.

I think if we move to Kirkby then there will be a good chance that the boundaries may well increase as they have done in the past.

no to Kirkby!!!

i have no desire to leave liverpool.

Desire and need are two totally different things, my heart will always be at Goodison, it is our ancestral home, but all things come to an end.

fair enough. most of you seem to favour the kirkby move out of necessity or seem to think it is actually is in liverpool any way.
