Would take Moyes short term at this stage its the closest we can get to a gurantee of safety. If he won't take it the others worth a punt that I know about are Fonsceca, Carrick and Carsley but some of the German names are interesting. The likes of Southgate or Jose would be mad. Cooper is worse than Dyche.

So we are just a couple of months away from getting out of the door a bunch of ageing players on high wages., and people want to bring Mourinho to this club who will saddle us with a bunch of ageing players on high wages? There is a reason he is managing in Turkey now. We need a younger manager with fresher ideas in the long term.

Curious why you think Mourinho would saddle the club with ageing players as he's pretty much never done that at other clubs.
