New manager

With our squad, absolutely no chance. He’s the last manager we should be aiming for.
Might actually be an interesting proposition for Mourinho. We might see some old fashioned matches and he might bring out the best from some of our players. Branthwaite, Iroegbunam, Garner, and other 22-24 year olds will get better under some of his coaching.

We need modern, cutting edge thought behind recruitment. Things change.

First time around, Kendall's transfer acumen was outstanding. It was terrible in his second two stints.

Moyes' recruitment was generally very good between 2002 and 2012 (apart from strikers) - not been all that since. We need modern thoughts - not being instructed by a man who'll be in his late 60s at the time!
Alex Ferguson signed Ronaldo when Ferguson was 58. Ancelotti I think was 60 when he was our manager.

Well then their idiots.

They've done nothing since theyve taken over. Weve essentially still got the same board ffs.

The new appointments are in America, fat use they are there.

Tbh were in a worse position then if moshiri was still in charge because hed of changed the manager by now
They completely changed the board and rid us of all our debts but yeah they done nothing

Alex Ferguson and Ancelotti have always updated and refreshed their coaches to bring in modern, fresh coaching ideas, then they used their excellent man-management skills on top of that.

Most managers only have a short cycle of use 10-15 years and then they need to change it up or move on. The only way the top long-serving managers stay at the top is changing up the coaching.

Hi

Dyche is 1.57 on BF to be next to go from a massive 12 this morning and a general 5.00 week in week out. Southgate being mentioned is just a no no, Moyes et al are not the type of manager I would like to see at Everton. Any of the below or any similar to them is where the club should be looking when Dyche has gone.

Roger Schmidt, Abel Ferreira, Marco Rose, Sebastian Hoeneß, Adi Hütter.

Regards
That sounds like a list wanted for war crimes.
