New manager

It's set up to be Duncan with Wayne as his assistant, possibly Rhino as Fitness Coach and Stubbs as Nutritional Expert. Bring back Jeffers too as Young Development Officer (YDO), and why not extend an invitation to Rodwell as Head Physio? While we're at it, Jose Baxter would make a fine Careers Guidance Coach (CGC).
Mark Ward as head of medical, Li Tie as CEO.

I would lose a lot of faith in the new owners if they go for Moyes.
If Moyes did what he did at Everton somewhere else and had exactly the same CV he'd be the best candidate by a mile for a team wanting to go from the bottom 5 to become a top half team, he's built 2 clubs from the bottom 5 into teams that finished in the top 8 year after year.

9 out of 11 full Everton seasons in the top half and 3 out of 4 West Ham full seasons in the top half.

You'd get bored and frustrated be wanting to upgrade in 3 seasons like West Ham fans but there's been no one better in English football at the job to drag a team away from the bottom 5 to consistently being in the top half.

I think people forget the mess West Ham were in when he took the job they were a real chance of going down and when he left after what their fans called "a bad season" they finished 9th.

The squad he took over to the one he left is night and day.

I'd be hoping for Moyes till the summer if he takes it if Dyche gets the boot. Up until a couple of months ago I wouldn't have even mentioned his name. It would allow TFG get in who they really want then in the summer. I know it's a boring, uninspiring choice but in our predicament we need someone with experience in the league and he would settle quick at the club. Either him or else Mourinho. Getting someone in who hasn't managed in the PL is an unknown and too much of a gamble until the summer imo

Look who we got in the running for West Brom. Wouldn't mind Wicky but Hake no thanks.
