New manager

I’m not a fan of Dyche but is it not fair to say that so many of our previous managers haven’t been able to get a tune out of these players? Consistently poor recruitment since Moyes left has left us in this state. So what manager do you think would realistically want this job? I don’t believe this talk that we are way better than where we are. This is a very poor midfield and attack that all have a history of no creativity and no goal scoring record so in all honesty what is Dyche supposed to do and who else is going to come in with a magic wand?
Bringing in a young up and coming manager that wants to play out the back and has his philosophy and will stick to it makes me think of that tool at Southampton recently or Kompany at Burnley. I think I’d rather stick with Dyche until the summer. If you can genuinely throw a name out there that will willingly come and we would all be impressed with them fine but I don’t think it’ll happen unfortunately.
Can't score, can't win games.
SD will have us relegated by the end of the season.

Maybe but he has kept us in the last 2 so at least there’s history of it. Maybe we need players. A striker and a right winger of half decent quality if that’s at all possible might be enough
But we've needed a competent striker and fast winger for over 2 seasons now and nothing has been done.
Why expect miracles now.

Is Dyche not in part responsible for how poor our midfield /attack is being the manager. If he wasn't happy with the players brought in he should have let it be known, it hasn't stopped the narcissist from gobbing off before has it. How many times has he tried 2 or god forbid 3 strikers in an actual game

Someone suggesting this guy. I've never heard of himView attachment 289346View attachment 289347
Obviously have never seen the Norwegian league and rarely watch the Conference League, but Bodo Glimt are probably the team that I've most enjoyed watching over the last few years if I catch them. Good attacking football and play well against much bigger teams.

I'm sure it was Roma under Mourinho that they absolutely battered wasn't it?

Anyway, as if Everton would have the bottle for an appointment like that.

I think he might be the most overrated manager in the country. Done well in Sweden, done about par at Swansea, had one good season at Brighton, the rest nothing out of the ordinary, failed at Chelsea.

Done well in Sweden is a bit of an understatement mate honestly. Took a team from the lowest division and took them to the Emirates and won before he left.

Swansea he did well

Brighton, he out in place everything we know about Brighton now, ie a very stable mid to upper mid team.

Chelsea yeah he bombed, as did Tuchel and many others.
