New Reputation System!

I've implemented a revision of the reputation system. Rather than points/comments, you can now Thumb your fellow posters. (Anyone who refers to the system as a Like system will be infracted. It's Thumb FFS)

It's currently available to Gold, Silver and Bronze users as we trial it and iron out kinks.

Moderators to decide via vote if it stays, or goes.

Issue noticed with the reputation. I thumbed down a member for calling people idiots.

This resulted in said member hunting down my past posts in other threads to "thumb down" them in some sort of bizarre revenge act.

Tested it myself, and you can repeatedly "thumb down" a user.

Is there any way to prevent that happening? Like the old rep system where you had to spread rep about before doing it to other people.
