Wouldn't be at all surprised if it's gambling. I doubt they have been busy turning offers down and the uncertainty + recent other circumstances won't have made it easier.

They'll take the best offer whether it's gambling or not. It's not the end of the world although ideally we would be in a position to refuse, alas we are not.

It doesn't look good on the kit imo and some of the logos are particularly messy and busy in that respect but simple maths will trump any moral concerns.
