Isn't Moshiri linked to USM? So what does that do to us re naming rights...or have we already signed a contract and we are basically saying starting from now?

Not sure how I feel about this ruling. It’s okay for City to do it through Emirates but not Newcastle?
We are also at it / although Uncle Uz is not “officially” our owner, therefore we are flying under the radar.
Need a bit of parity here. If Newcastle can’t do it then neither can Man City

Leicester's King Power will need to go, Aston Villa have a couple of owner linked deals as well.Thats my thinking as well - hopefully we already have a naming rights deal in place I imagine we would considering the financing for the stadium would be near enough concluded at this stage.
I imagine Newcastle could take the PL to court and win mind it is anti competitive.

Any deals they sign have to market value from now on as well, that will be to stop wealthy owner's subsidising the deals to over inflate them.
BMD will be related to market value of i'm guessing what Arsenal's deal which is around that figure, I think you are right there about King Power, Leicester commercial revenues are not big, Aston Villa's owner deals look dodgy with the outlay they have had the last 2-3 seasons, Villa voted it in which is interesting.Well it depends on what is market value.
£20-30 million on a world class stadium like BMD you could argue is there and thereabouts value.
£100 million isn't which is what this attempts to stop (although I think it'll be taken to court and chucked out).
Leicesters deal is quite small tbh I doubt it'll have much effect on them.

Etihad is £120 million a year, for Stadium, shirt and training ground, that must put the stadium at around £50 million a year right there which is way above market value, even the biggest club in the world LIVERPOOL couldn't find a naming rights deal for the refurbished ANALFIELD at the price they wanted and i bet that was lower than £50 million a year, they have abolished plans not to proceed with naming rights now.

Yeah but no but yeah but..Anyone know how much Liverpool's deal with AXA on naming rights for their training centre is worth?
It doesn't seem too widely publicised based on my very quick Google search.
Backbone? if they did, you and the other 5 scab clubs would be on your ass nowGoing forward in football this is great news, it's been in the works for a while according to a PL CEO.
Impacts Man City as well, If only UEFA had the backbone to do the same thing, but sadly cannot because the PSG chairman amazingly is on the board at UEFA.
Those poor Geordies crying right now all over the Twitterverse.
