I know we’re bad and getting thumped by City isn’t always the best metric of where your team is, but my god they are next levels of awful.

I actually think that Cancelo goal is worse than the first. At least with the first you can chalk it up to miscommunication, but he just waltzes through half the midfield, leaves one bloke on his arse then gets a shot off through 2 players.

Potentially looking at needing 10 wins from their last 18 to guarantee safety. Who’s gonna go to them and take on that task?

In a mad way, maybe another season in the Championship will do them good. If they take Wolve’s lead and use it as an opportunity to bring in a load of young, high potential players, who they can guarantee game time to in the Championship, that could actually give them a good platform to build from.
 


Well then, that should give their confidence a lift in advance of facing Rafael's Blue Mystifiers.
