News of Ex Players

EIEIEIO up the full league we go.
Play offs getting closer after this brilliantly worked goal. The old one two with Jerry Yates. The Tangerine Army show what we think big style. Great win and could have been more, created lots of chances. Start converting them and we are going up. Josh Bowler becoming legend ?

Great to see Josh flourishing - seems to be scoring every week!

The lad has so much skill if we can keep him under Critchleys coaching then he will be a huge asset as we go for promotion this year or next. He has come on strong last few months and the coach has now got him on song from the original raw product.

His value has skyrocketed from the derisory figures of a couple of million offered at close of last window. By summer £10 million ++ will be order of the day for any sharks that come circling round BR.

Hopefully we tie him down to a long contract before then. And he realises how good being by the seaside is doing, and going to do for his career long term. Under Crithchley's expert watching eye and tutelage. After all he only turned 23 on Saturday and what a way to celebrate potting the Potters ;)

Yes - the success he's having and improvements he's making tells me he'd be better off staying there for at least another season.

….with his stock so high, surely he’ll be looking for a very lucrative Bosman in the summer. The Sky reporter said he was head and shoulders the best player on the pitch, I can see a few top flight clubs taking a punt & setting him up for life.

Not many youngsters leave Everton & come back to haunt us but he could be one. Reminds me a bit of Bowen at West Ham.

I just hope he does a Bowler and stays to entertain us for years to come at BR. Unlikely I know. We have the option of another year for the tangerine wizard but I'm sure his agent will have other ideas for someone who is fast becoming white hot property. Like you say a big Premier side comes in with mind bending offers then it could be over and out. Just need him to dribble, assist and score his way to the top flight in tangerine first and make us all happy ?

I'd say the contract he got from us at 18 before abandoning him in u23 wilderness has already gone a long way to setting him up for life
