Howe is being linked in the echo (via the mirror), I wouldnt mind him but he is on a cushy one at Bournemouth low expectations etc. so would he be interested in our current mess. We all want the next Pochettino, there must be one somewhere I suppose. With our resources and the fact he does try and play footy I think it could work.
 


Finding the right coach on an upwards trajectory is key. You wouldn't believe the amount of negative comments I remember when we appointed Pochettino calling him "small time" and a "backwards step" etc.

He was sacked by Espanyol, his best achievement was 8th with Southampton.

Many of the best appointments are underrated.
 
great seeing the names people want for the job, but do you honestly think a big name will come here, Martinez, koeman moyes, that's where we are, at the moment, think we need to calm down and remember how good we really are

Very true. The one thing he did have was a clear, modern and concise footballing philosophy.

Which is why I'm warming to Silva so much.
