Get Arteta

You take a chance whoever is chosen but with Arteta, he knows the club, he's respected by the fans, he'd be coming from a club that have just dominated the league, it would be bloody exciting and bring a broad smile to everyone's faces.

Top whatever Arsenal are about to offer and let the party begin.

As others have said Silva comes with the Watford baggage and would be greeted by many Blues with reservations.

Its the only time cronyism is acceptable.

Arsenal not going for Enrique because he wants tooo much ££££ ...... according to Perry Groves, ex Arsenal, he wants less then we paid Sam?

Arteta working to keep his old pals Jagielka and Baines? No thanks.

Lot of exciting young German coaches around at the moment.

They seem to actually value coaching and tactics.

yeah for sure! German football is pretty technical at the best of times, so that is definately an important factor. Although not to say German clubs are not keen on hiring and firing - cos they are! Not much patience in that league either.

But the difference is, that there isnt anywhere near the coaches merry-go-round in Germany as in England, where you see the same old names getting chance after chance after chance. It happens a bit - which is the reason Bruno Labbadia somehow still gets jobs, but it doesn't happen that much. Teams will tend to take more risks with younger coaches and not be afraid of promoting from within - cos most clubs have quite strong coaching set-ups at the 2nd team and U19 level.

Game changer, Swansea have said they wont be keeping Carlos Carvalhal on ? If we are willing to go for Silva then we should also be looking at this guy, since he is clearly a better manager, and Silva can take his baggage and go to Swansea!!!

Im not sure on what basis hes a better manager to be honest frandel.

Well he cant be anyworse, after all won the same amount of games at Swansea as Silva did in his last two jobs, he also got Swansea playing well, something often said Silva did at Hull.
Besides, Carlos Carvalhal first game at Swansea, a nice win over Silva's Watford side, also ive seen it mentioned several times that Silva beat Liverpool and United, yes maybe, but not when they were at there best, however Carvalhal's Swansea beat Salah's Liverpool and also beat Arsenal 3 - 1 a week later.

Carlos Carvalhal is our man

Err... there’s not a manager in the world who could beat Liverpool or Utd with Hull or Watford if LFC/Utd were at their best.
