...so why did you back him?

I ALWAYS back the manager Dave, I didnt want Martinez prior to him taking over, but I backed him for 2 and a half years, I didnt want Koeman prior to him taking over, but I backed him for the full 18months, I certainly do not want Big Sam, Big Sean or Big Unsy, but yes, you guessed it I will back them when they take over.

I just support the manager Dave, I try and convince myself that im wrong, that maybe I made a mistake and we havent just hired an utter fraud, it makes life easier that way.

I would never talk about Koeman in that way - not half he has damaged our club far more than you expect!

Absolutely. But given that's a time at last 4 years down the road the thinking will be we can put up with a no frills manager.
We can only put up with a no frills manager if we see real progress on the stadium and not just Twitter teasing from the architect. Although I still think it’s on, purely due to the money to be made from it.

To be honest, I had hoped it would be Unsworth as manager when we make our debut at Bramley Moore. May well still happen but now isn’t his time.

If he was solely in charge of transfers I would agree, but hes not, he was part of a process that killed this club for this season, it will take a good manager the summer transfer window to "fix" this squad, a strong manager that doesnt let clowns dictate his transfer policy.

IF we dont go down the damage will be restricted to this season only, but we really need a very good manager.

At ease Toffee, I believe you.

Who knows, but if it is Dyche then who can say he wont find another gear himself? With technically better players he could theoretically make us hard to beat AND entertaining.

I am not sure the option of Allyrdyce until the end of the season is there. I think he will want a longer term or not at all.
I think he sees this as a possible shot at the big time that has undeservedly kept from him all through his career.

A team in our position with the number of points we currently have could still easily finish seventh. In terms of numbers of points alone it is very doable.

That is not to say at all that we can.

Who will come forwards now?
That's the problem even championship manager has given us a big fat NO!
