If true, it's disappointing. We're Everton. Not Palace. It screams of a board that are scared of the drop after 10 games, which is a disgrace.

The only positives to take from it is that Dyche has seemingly earned a shot at making a step up. He's done good things at Burnley without any money.

The key thing is that I get the feeling that he'd genuinely love to manage us. I just hope that he can prove us wrong with the football he gets us playing.

I'm sure I'm very much in the minority, but I think Unsworth should be given a bit longer than panic with Dyche.

He's had some strange teams that he's put out but second half against Leicester he was on to a formation that suited us, id like him to try:
