Allardyce has got no chance.

If WHU dont come in with a late swoop, it'll be Dyche. No question. His interview today banged home time and again how he instills self belief and hard work. That was aimed right at the Everton board.

As always Dave, you are probably spot on. I actually think that was aimed at us what he was talking about.

dont think anything gives anything away, could say the same with dyche not answering the questions today will you be in charge of Burnley in 2 weeks time, and passes it off as the press making stories up,and twisting it to what they like,he could quite easily say yes he will be in charge in 2weeks etc [could have changed even if he said yes off course]
Reactions from both are a bit worrying - very non-commital - they've probably been advised by their agents to play the hardest of hard-ball as we are desperate mugs with a track record of over paying managers massively.

Yes winning, I see where you are going there ;) but watching that day in day out for 3-5 years? Really? We will be able to win with a decent manager, doesn’t mean we have to play dreary football, in my opinion. Swansea, West ham & cp are all in a far worse place than us TBH.

Yes but he's playing that football with Burnley's squad. Which, on paper at least, is not in the same league as ours. If he can get our team ticking, we'll be alright. Note how, with a 0-0 on the cards, he threw caution to the wind and threw on two strikers which led to the win. Beats being down in a game and bringing on a DM doesn't it?
