Tell us or stop reporting false things

MARTIN O’NEILL is top of a three-man shortlist to become Goodison gaffer.

The Republic of Ireland boss has competition from Tony Pulis — who was only axed by West Brom on Monday — and Everton caretaker chief David Unsworth.

Are you really an Everton fan mate?

Reading the guadiola piece on sky sports it's clear just how bad the summer was.

Basically to paraphrase it, he is saying the team is doing much better this season because they have worked on everything and learned more about each other in terms of tactics. Made the point also that 9 of the 11 are usually players that were there last year.

Compared to us who ripped the squad/tactics/philosophy and lost the only significant players we had in the team all at the same time. Of course it was never going to work in hindsight , the minute we never bought players to play last season's way of playing it was always going to be an issue.

The sooner we bring someone in with a philosophy and way of doing things the better. If the club was competent then they would have came in 2 weeks ago and the plans would have been in place, making Thursday's games a chance to play those ideas without fear of failure. Instead we have effectively lost a month already for a new manager to implement his new styles to the players. Each game we let pass with a caretaker takes us closer to may in essence and makes it harder to have a turnaround in the team ready for next year

Only we could make a pig's ear of this
Didn't realise that rangers have also not hired a manager yet, not sure on time frames there, perhaps a few days after us?

Except everyone knows the board up there are a complete joke. There isn't comparisons to our board but it makes you question what you consider to be a competent board when in all honesty only a crap one would take this long to hire a manager......

Only at Everton though. Makes you love being a blue don't it? Spend so much money and have spent a third of the season without a actual manager. Makes us all unique I guess , almost like the board knew the level of money being spent back in June and thought 'how badly can we screw this up?'
