What's your definition of 'good'?
I see him as a risk at a time when risks shouldn't be taken. He's never managed here, so I'd suggest that it'd be a risk to allow him to rebuild this squad, with NO expierence of the type of player/s it takes to compete and make no mistake a rebuilding job is on the cards.
I'm not staying he isn't a good manager, I am saying this is a huge risk if this guy is tasked with rebuilding Everton in what expect to be the most competitive season in recent years.
I think that's fair.
