If we think like that then we are going to end up with someone like Stubbs, Unsworth etc. All the top managers would pick Man Utd before us and that is just the way it is whether we like it or not. I have no problem with it. It is what it is.

I still believe Jose is a pipe dream albeit he is the obvious first choice.

We will get de Boer or Favre...I think.

Think it's very strongly linked though. They expect it to happen and won't take any chances. And if it doesn't happen this season it may next season

I'm not sure really. Obviously I'd love Mourinho but I'm fairly certain that's a non-starter. Of those mentioned I'd like Koeman as something about him feels like it'd work, not sure why. I also don't think he'll come to us either. After those I don't know really. Whoever it is I will back though and I feel the board will take time to make the right decision.

Fortunately Man Utd can only hire one of those managers and they may not even hire anyone, so there will be plenty of options for us.
