Biggest thing putting me off Emery is that he tends to play 4-2-3-1 and I am sick to death of that formation.
I think Emery has the potential to take us to another level. Given some money and time I honestly think we'd be challenging for the league and European cups with this guy. I just can't see that with the other candidates.Don't get me wrong - as a whole we are being linked with quality names: Koeman, Pellegrini, de Boer...... But after watching two of their games in the past week and doing some research I can't help but be excited about the prospect of Emery. I think he could be a real turning point for the club......
I tend to agree, however our entire squad, including the U21's, have been exposed to this system for the last three years.
They just need a rocket up their arses & some defensive organisation.
Moyes on the list.
I know mate, but he swerved Villa and I wonder why, scarey.Nah.
We could do far worse than Pellegrini. Not saying he's my 1st choice but he is a winner. Can't understand all the negativity towards him. Name a 'perfect' manager??

Moyes on the list,in the Fibber.
He's done a very good job at Soton, that is clear, he has proven he can have his best players sold, and still build a good side and get into the top 6, that is hard to do on the budgets at Soton, it's impressive.Honestly though, last season when we had nowhere near the ambition have now if we'd have mentioned Koeman you all would have huffed.
Now we have the massive ambition and Koeman is flavour of the month owing to a pretty good half of the season you're all creaming your kecks.
Ridiculous.
