Was boss when Ped on toffee TV went on talksport and had Mike Parry rustled.

They talk wham, especially him. He's probably the one championing Moyes to come back.

Yep, I won't be full of glee, but I respect his standing in the game. Bit of a Walter Smith feel about it though for those who were about back in those days, as in a senior respectable figure.
I would rather Emery or Koeman and not excited by the prospect of Pellegrini. A Man City meme on Facebook the other day did make the point that he is the most successful Premiership Manager over the last 3 seasons!

ChatWham are talking up the chances of Moyes making a return. Anyone really believe that may happen? They seem to think cos he knocked back villa he is on his way to us.

Fixed.

The media have strived to move away from the story of a reinvigorated Everton (which is based very much in fact, undoubtedly) and back to 'little old Everton' - 'we need Moyes and he needs us'. It pains them to have to adjust their Skysports narrative - they're unwilling to even accomodate Spurs in it with their strides this season. Leicester is different because it's like something straight out of a sports underdog movie - packagable, simple to digest.

I look forward to breaking Merson/Pinnochio/Mill's little minds with a slightly different storyline next year.

But then we get told that's what he should have been anyway due to the amount of money they spent, so whichever way you look at it, any manager of man city is on a hiding to nothing.

I know that, it's just when you think that United are creaming themselves at getting Mourihno (who also had a few pence to spend) it makes you wonder how much of this is based on media perception of the manager rather than managerial performance.
