Unless Emery races up in the last furlong it,s going to be Koeman with Unsy.
I suppose the new waterfront ground designs will appease for the next 3yrs but we could have been so much more ambitious with the new manager.

....sound. Like who though mate?

Do compare these options to the last ones m'friend...MALKY MAK, all that...

We've upped a gear, be thankful for that until the appointment is made. It's all good...

Bill is popcorning everyone by turning up the media speakers with Moyes interviews.
Yeah mate, I'm sure Bill has naff all else to do but place nads stories in the media.

It couldn't be Moyes turning down the chance of being considered for the Villa job, making lazy hacks add 2+2 and come up with 5 could it?

I think I have been clear on that in these threads.

Really would be made up with either Koeman, Emery or Pelligrini. Massive step forward if we appoint one of these.

YEP...;)

Yet still some are finding fault in the 'alleged' shortlist....astonishing really given what the 'list' consisted of last time.

I'm not claiming to be right ITK, but a lad I used to go the game with when we were kids has been a key sponsor at EFC for many years, having made millions abroad. He tells me that Moshiri doesn't want Moyes, end of.

My take is that Moyes has pulled out of Villa for either West Brom or Southampton if Koeman goes.

I'm sure Moyes agent has contacted the club, why wouldn't he?

But I think it's as clear as day that Moyes isn't in the frame for a return to Goodison, as much as that might appeal to him, it aint happening.

Exactly. Perhaps we should stick to scouring the lower leagues or the dross at the bottom half of the prem?!

Now it's also becoming clear who the club are talking to, I really would like Pelligrini from City. Think his record with Malaga and Villareal was exceptional and the players at city clearly respected him. It was not his doing for this year's poor showing (injuries, announcing replacement in feb)... Emery a close second.

As you say though, the gulf in calibre of manager we are being linked with compared to 3 years ago says it all about everton at the moment. Most excited I have been about us since we signed materazzi, Dacourt and John Collins in the one summer!
