Clearly , even from media reporting , he was the target . I can't understand any criticism for the esk when he's called something that seems to have been accurate , unless he's actually doing the negotiating then I'm furious .

If The Esk said the name of the manager he think would get the job, then a lot of people probably would bet on him to come, and if he was wrong then lots of people would have lost money and many would blame him for their lost money. ( Obviously its still their own fault that they made the bet, but this is how the mind works of too many people).
