Didn't fancy Koeman before and I'm a bit disappointed if we're just throwing money at him instead of looking elsewhere. He didn't show much interest before, if he doesn't want to leave a team like Southampton for us at the given opportunity fine. Seems to value himself way too highly if he's not at least a little interested considering the likes of Emery, De Boer and Pellegrini are supposedly keen

Doubling Koeman's wage? We'd be better trebling Emery's - it'd still be millions less than we'd be paying Koeman ...

Wouldn't be too worried about Moyes returning but he has been interviewed according to the Echo, 'David Moyes has also been interviewed for the job.'
I think he's on the list as a back up but only if several preferred candidates fall through which is v unlikely. The reason a new appointment is taking so long is because we are aiming high and, thusfar, those candidates are taking some convincing to embrace the project. I predict we'll have a new manager by the end of this week and it won't be David.

Back to reality and re Moyes, he wasn't interviewed, he's not nor ever was on any list, and he won't be our next manager, nor likely ever to be Everton manager ever again.

Firstly the source is questionable, Koeman was Moshiri's preferred option but that changed in recent days with Emery and there are further alternatives.

The process is going well, just a little more patience required.
