A Saints fan laughed out loud a couple of weeks ago when I forecast we'd get Koeman and they end up with Moyes. Could be the end of a beautiful friendship.

On another note, why would Moshiri entrust Jorge Mendes in landing Emery for us if we just go ahead and get Ronald McDonald, only thing i can think of is that Moshiri has either played a blinder and used Emery to put pressure on Ronald/ his agent or Koeman is using the opportunity to get more wages at Southhampton and putting pressure on Emery to decide.

That's why one is a smokescreen to land the other. If it's koeman I'm guna fume

Hang on a minute here is this Koeman still not all paper talk? Esk and mole said last night that it was pretty much emerys to turn down and that it looked like he was going to take it

Maybe Koeman now told Southampton but we still have to get permission from the board and nothing but silent from their end. Tbf Koeman not said anything either about his future at Southampton either.
Southampton haven't kept a manager longer then 2 seasons since George Burley

Koeman is not going to for talks with us unless he 100% intends to take it and has been offered. Otherwise he can never go back to Southampton.

I voted Koeman because he has done an excellent job at Soton considering the players he lost but the more I hear about emery the more I am swayed to him. Either way I will be happy.
