If Koemans talking to us that means Soton have given us permission. Just can't see it myself, not without a bit of a fuss and it being all over the press.

Yeh I´ve been thinking about that. What is the contractual status with Koeman? I understand he´s got a year left with Southampton, so how exactly would we be able to sign him?

They´d be entitled to some kind of compensatory fee at least and would of course hold our feet to the fire.

I work in Southampton and have been saying for weeks that if we want their manager we'll have him

They have visions of grandeur after a couple of decent seasons in the top flight

Personally prefer Emery but would be happy to take Koeman for the 'told you so' factor

I've been there loads of times, not a bad place really, used to do some work in the Oceanography centre, happy days.

yes he switched agents 2 weeks ago. it must of had something to do with de boer, as they had the same agaent at the time and were both in for the Everton job..
