He still got big signings when he wanted.... that's 3 there in a short space of time .... moyes would only get one big signing every 2-3 yrs if lucky, ... I think moyes achievements with us were greater than what koeman has done with saints considering we were relegation fodder when moyes took over

I think actually going back for Koeman now after he apparently pulled out of the running is weak from Moshiri.

Start as you mean to go on.

He never 'pulled out of the running'. He showed his hand and we decided to move for Emery.

At this time it seems clear that we're waiting on Emery, but at the same time Koeman has had a change of heart and wants to further discussions.

It's a win win for us at this stage.

I have backed Koeman at 10's a while back. Emery is on the drift to 8's but I am not convinced it's all on loose information. I will see if he drifts some more and might pop a few quid on him tonight as hopefully he drifts a bit further.

I agree- you still wonder given main source is a dutch newspaper if it isn't just koeman's agent trying to apply pressure to Soton to up their pay offer...
