Off all the Mole's posts, the latest is by far and away the most definite and precise in its information. No generalisations here.

Yeah, I mean he could still be hedging his bets given that there's been no news this far into the day, it is a reasonable assumption that emery has turned us down.

But this is the first time he's explicitly said something before anyone that was decisive to my knowledge. Be interesting to see. Hope he's a bad fraud as I want emery, ha.

Emery has turned down our contract offer.

Koeman has told Southampton he wants to leave for Everton.

This should now be over very quickly.

It's time then......

All hail Ronald, our new Dutch overlord.

Why would people be disappointed with Koeman, Who are they expecting? If they're meaning because they wanted Emery then fair enough, but he doesn't have any PL experience.

Some of this "lack of ambition" stuff is bizarre at the moment though.

Emery.

Didn't he say this morning taht Koeman agents was coming to liverpool

Saying that though, I could have come on before the mole did, and said Koeman's agent was going to Liverpool, because it was already out there.

He was saying this the other day to some lad having a pop at him "Think you need to check your facts. I'll save you the hassle. That's all from me. When Emery signs by the end of the week send your apology. Cheerio."

It is clear Moshiri has been after Emery and Monchi, why would he give up on that now, Sevilla want 5m Euros to let Monchi go, that's about 3.5m, peanuts to Moshiri.

If Koeman does come it will be because Emery turned us down, if so we know they went big and bold and tried to grab one of the best manager and DoF partnerships in Europe, that's showing ambition.

I'm happy whatever happens, Moshiri has been a true Evertonian in all this, he's trying to get us back to the top.
