I'm not hearing anything new at present. If Emery has turned us down I doubt that would get out before we've talked to Koeman, as clearly it works to our advantage to have two interested parties battling for the same position.

It also does not suit Emery's people if he's talking to Milan for his Everton position to be known.

my only worry is there is nothing stopping Koeman jumping ship from us to Arsenal if the biggest attraction to join us is wage. I do think he's adapted from his time at Valencia and so on but I am deeply concerned he might only be a short term option. Nevertheless he seems a terrific man and his twitter is golden.
