I think it will be koeman because I dreamt it 2nights ago as clear as day. Also I abused him mercilessly when the dutch beat England in euro 92 or whenever it was

I know what you mean mate, I yearn for those days that little old Everton were paying players like Arteta £18,000 pound a year, and when we only ever relied on quality young players coming through our youth system like Tony Cottee. But I really, really, miss those days when you could attend Goodison for free, before football became a business and totally ruined little old Everton FC.

Yeah, we fell behind financially.

So why waste Moshiris money on quick mgt and agents who'll leach it all away when we could invest in youth and a stadium. All this manager guff, who's got the best stats and blah blah is totally missing the point. The reason you say 'little Everton' (not a term I have or would ever use), is that it refers purely to our club's financial stature, i.e. stadium, commercial infrastructure and also youth and training investment.

It doesn't refer to the passion of fans, size of attendance and on a decent day, quality and potential at the club in terms of football, evident in no. of England players, and the run under Moyes. What a lot of fans are losing sight of is that those values are more important than a manager.

So let's invest in the club, stadium, youth and scouting and the 50k that turn up every week in a better facility will very quickly have the best of playing and mgt talent queueing up... We don't need to go chasing success elsewhere, we want guys who want to provide themselves as coaches of OUR talent and belief that I thought and believe is already here.

Presumably Everton could have met with Koeman's agent at any time in the past fortnight, and might well have done so for all we know. The fact that this meeting is happening today suggests that Koeman is now pushing hard for the job.

He's been on holiday.

Everton chairman is just another asian/middle eastern money man, coming to the uk and thinking that is all about flashing the cash and that anything can be purchased. The guy has no idea what integrity and honor is and I have little doubt that Koeman doesn't want to work for someone like that. koeman has been there and done pretty much everything on football. With us he has a project and a challenge on his hands. and a club and fanbase who are behind him and support him. With everton he'll get a douche bag who values money/success over everything else, and a fanbase that are apparently almost as delusional as massive club Newcastle. Fortunately Keoman is honorable and probably the antithesis of a mercenary. The clubs that think the answer is to throw money at everything just end up as souless. Look at united, chelsea, city etc recently.
