btw I can see Koeman working together with Monchi and maybe that was the deciding factor for him why he wants to come here... in my opinion more players are going to be keen to play under Ronald than under Emery, if it really happens... Dutch players are an obvious thing, he is a legend in Spain and really well known all over the world and already earned some respect here in England, speaks English much better than Emery too...

So how comes we are allowed to approach two managers without asking their club's permission?

True, but if we get a 5 times UEFA/Europa League winner as our DoF, it is possibly better to get a hand over another market in Europe as well. Netherlands has quite a lot of great young upcoming players who could be massive players for us.

Koeman's agent leaked that the Saints were offering 2.5 million and EFC would have to offer 6. Seems like 5 million per year is on the table for Koeman. No wonder he's talking.
