Was beginning to give you the benefit of the doubt, actually agreed with some of what you've said, but as they say, you've had a 'mare here.

Hes won the league in holland with the favourites.
Hes achieved one position higher in prem than poch.

Anything else?

Hes been dreadful in follow up seasons with PSV and Ajax, almost relegated valencia with under 20% win rate in the league and sacked at AZ after 3 months.

Lukaku /Barkley / Stones agents : Mr Moshiri can we discuss the futures of out clients?

Moshiri: Please give me 2 weeks till a world class manager is appointed.

Agents: 2 weeks have passed and youve hired Koeman? What happened to the world class manager?

Moshiri: Bill told me to hire a ginge as the last one was successful.

Agents: Our clients wish to submit transfer requests.
Going along these lines, if we really do have significant money to spend on transfers this summer, I don't see Koeman being a manager who can attract the top quality players we might want to go for. The money can be there, but if we can't convince top players to come to Everton, we might as well be in the same financial situation we have been for the past several years.

That alone ain't bad, given what he's shown he can do at Spurs.

He's also lost
Schniederlin
Alderweireld
Clyne
Shaw
Lallana
Lovren
Lambert
Chambers
Mason

All of which played for teams who finished well above is last season (Bar lambert)

Yet he's improved them year on year.

Appreciate he has a patchy managerial record prior to going to Southampton. However it is undeniable he has been an outstanding success given how that club has been run, he's really succeeded way beyond the level of support he received from his board.

He's clearly destined for big things in the future (hopefully with Everton for the next few years). He's intelligent, a good man manager and carries a huge pedigree as a footballer. I'm sure he's convinced Moshiri that he can buy into and contribute hugely to the development plan that Moshiri has for the club. It has the potential to be the start of a dynasty particularly if we have Monchi alongside as DoF.

Aside from the "super" managers and perhaps Emery, I believe we have the best and most suitable candidate for the job.

The DOF there Les Reed seems to have done a very good job. Also they have brought in crazy money for players and allowed Koeman money to sign his favourites (im sure the players he signed were mostly his choices).

Hez taken them up one place in the league which can be attributed to chelsea dropping off last season and us the season before.

If indeed he was Moshiri's 1st choice then it should be a huge concern for all...Koemans record in Spain was a disaster so no idea where these Barca rumours have come from....his agent?!?!

All i can say is that he must be very good in job interviews as clearly hes not a top manager and far off what we would expect based on the rumours of "positive change".

Massive disappointment and now a real question mark over Moshiri especially if hes paying him £6mil a season.

It's Ronald Koeman. An absolute giant in the game. Of course he'll be able to attract top players.

Whose he replaced him with?

No way will he be able to attract top players to join us.

Any spaniards will laugh down the phone...

I bet Emery cant believe it.

You know for sure Emery didn't also reject us and was our preferred choice?

Mate if were paying Ronald Koeman £6mil a season i think the whole of Spain will be in pure disbelief at how stupid we are....

Conpensation to southampton as well.

Koeman is the new Niasse on twice his salary.
