I wanted Emery but Koeman has potential and is a solid appointment. It's time to get behind him and give him a chance.

My conspiracy theory is that Moshiri knows Arsenal are eyeing RK up as a replacement for Wenger, so he is beating them to the punch.

In the end we got the manager I backed from the beginning. Only switched to Emery because I felt Koeman was holding us for ransom and because I hoped that he and Monchi would come in a package deal. Lost Emery but there's still a change with Monchi. Koeman/Monchi, I could defo live with that scenario.
Good point. I think a lot of the 'doubters' with regard to koeman's appointment will be a lot happier should we get monchi. Sadly like our pursuit of emery, I doubt it will happen.

I feel ill that the massive headed freak is going to come in and kill our club.

But then there were people like Moyes that played his favorites to teh detriment of the team. Not a chance in hell was Phil Neville a competent player in ANY position in the last 2-3 years of his career and, yet, there he was, starting in almost every single match.
Moyes was never the manager to take us forward. Probably guilty of defending him for too long. He did a superb job at steadying the ship, but in reality it ended there. Moyes was all too happy with the 'safe' job he got at Everton and wasn't really interested in breaking through any glass ceiling as it potentially would damage his safety net. Why risk that with bringing through youth?

Hes not an Everton manager, I can say what I like till he signs, then, as with every single Everton manager, I will support him, until such time I deem him unworthy of my support.

I didnt want Martinez, from before he signed for us, but when he signed I supported him, until the West Ham game, then he was persona non grata for me, so im ok with supporting somebody I never wanted, but my god hes getting it till then!

It hasn't happened yet. Could be a bit of brinkmanship to flush out Emery - trying to cheer you up x

Thought the same myself to be honest. Next step to beat arsenal to the punch with some of their transfer targets with moshiri's millions.
