Don't get why people complain about his form with Valencia. Pochettino was about to relegate Espanyol but got sacked then went to Southampton and finished 8th, and look what he's done with Spurs. Koeman can be just as good in my opinion.

You won't find a manager with a faultless CV. People claim guardiola as a god, but bayern haven't looked like winning the champs league since he's been there?

Backroom staff? DoF? Compensation? could be a load of things, Koeman is apparently signed and sealed though so don't think there is anything to worry about.

Who knows mate - maybe the club just have a set time they want to release it for some reason

Every news article has said the clubs are finalising the compensation package and it should be done today or tomorrow. It Will be sorted but there's really no need to rush at all pre season is weeks away.

And so what if he has? He could have easily agreed terms via the third party so when compensation is dealt with its just a matter of submitting the signed agreement.

Even if he hasn't who is bothered nothing can be done until compensation is agreed which it will be and he can sign when he gets back.

You let little things stress you out too much. If we were in the middle of the season fair enough but we aren't this is the time players and managers take their holidays.
