Going to be very refreshing having a manager who doesn't sugar coat everything, he tells it as it is, good or bad. We are not used to that. We only saw a glimpse of that once RM was aware of his demise. Too late Bobby, much too late..

I can understand Southampton's need to be seen to be playing hardball in the PR battle with their own fans, but when all is said and done, they need a new manager now too, and sharpish.

Surely it suits both parties to get it sorted now, today? We have been patient, and Southampton have made their point.

If it still isn't announced by this evening, people will start to get very twitchy.
