Out of interest. What's your view on how much of a gamble he would be? My issue with him is I think he could be equally likely to be a roaring success (raise his game step up from Eredevisie to Prem with panache) or a total and utter flop (the flaws in his Ajax tenure become totally untenable at Everton).

Everybodys a gamble mate.

Pep at city, big Gamble, so far hes had the best team in Spain and the best team in Germany, hes now joining the Premier League, a League like no other, sure we had the United dominance for all those years, but SAF has gone now, Vardy FC are currently proving that its anybodys league, look at Jose at Chelsea, walks the Title 1 year, next year hes out on his ear, LVG done good work in most clubs hes been at, comes to the Prem and fails quite hard.

Hardest League in the world, whoever we get will have to hit the ground running.

Meaning The Esk???????????? All things are now pointing to RM staying, if not he would have been given his P45 by now.

Or we are waiting till the end of the season.

MAYBE the logic is, we either play the last few games "without" a manager or we retain a man we would have to pay until the end of the season regardless, its penny pinching on a scale ive yet to see.

Yeah. Esk fills us with confidence that he won't be here too much longer and that the summer is the more likely time for his departure. I see no reason to not believe him.

Patience defo needed again on this one it seems.

Let me be very clear I am in favour of RM being given the immediate push, but the more he is allowed to linger indicates for me the P45 is not going to be delivered.
