But we're desperate for some of the DM discipline and realism. I'd be willing to give him a go and let bygones be bygones, IF, he was open to bringing in two or three of the best from the U21 crowd and blend it with our current core, with perhaps two or three new faces. I'm sure I'm not alone in thinking this way but equally I do accept others have a very different opinion.

It's not happening moyes WONT be evertons nxt manager just stop it.

About 15 other people feel the same as you.

Fifteen.

Dont rule him out

Moyes will want the job
BK loves him
Moshiri will believe he done a great job here and will he be better with money
The players like jags and baines will all be wanting him back
He knows the club

Hmmmmm. Wouldnt bet against it.

many managers will want the job - so who cares if Moyes does
BK doesn't decide anything at this level now - so who cares if BK loves him
Moshiri will see his stagnation at everton, will see the excuses made about lack of funds as the reason, will see how moyes faired when at united with limitless funds and laugh, will see how moyes did at sociedad and laugh harder and when moyes phones will advise him to phone up Villa, Norwich or Swansea and ask them for a job
Players have no say on an incoming manager - absolutely none
he pissed all over the club as soon as he left - the fans will be on his back from day 1, plus he 'knew' the club as it was pre moshiri - it isnt going to be remotely similar going forwards

feel free to bet on him mate, giving your money away mind

Fair enough. I won't be gutted if he doesn't get the gig, I'm just saying we need someone with his organisational skills. If it's him, I'd be ok with it...if it's not...oh well.

Tbh Mate anyone right now is an upgrade on Roberto! But it's not guna be moyes it's a new era now for us with moshri phase bk out and the board bring is own men into the club. This will start with a hopefully good calibre of manager to match moshris ambition and ours. Onwards Evertonians

Jose
Pellegrini
AVB

Swerve De B, Moyes and Koeman.

On Koeman, whilst he has done a decent job at Soton... Has he done anything amazing there? His ability to keep them ticking despite sales is a huge positive but our new manager is potentially going to be given an open cheque book. Isn't this the fella who spunked 14mil on Shane Long?

He's good, but not good enough if/when we bin RM
